KELSEY, Judge.

A jury found Richard Douglas Thomas, Jr., a convicted felon, guilty of possessing a firearm in violation of Code § 18.2-308.2. On appeal, Thomas argues the trial court erroneously failed to reopen and reconsider a pretrial ruling denying his motion to suppress. Finding no such error, we affirm.
