Kyle Cornelia Leftwich, a/k/a Kyle L. Banning, appellant, was convicted, in a bench trial, of eight counts of embezzlement, in violation of Code § 18.2-111. On appeal, she contends the evidence was insufficient to prove her guilt. Specifically, she argues the checks she deposited into her personal account were not "entrusted" to her by the Social Security Administration for the benefit of her employer.
