Dejuan Hodgins (appellant) argues that the Circuit Court of Rockingham County (the trial court) "did not have jurisdiction to revoke" his suspended sentence on April 6, 2011 because he "had not begun his probation and had not begun the suspended portion of his sentence" when he committed new criminal offenses that served as the basis for the April 6, 2011 order of revocation.
