In this appeal, we consider whether Ronald Forrest proved in his personal injury action under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C. § 30104, that his injury was caused by his employer's alleged negligence. Concluding that Forrest did not present evidence establishing causation, we reverse the trial court's award of damages to Forrest upon a jury verdict, and enter final judgment in favor of appellants, Omega Protein, Inc., Omega...
