Robert Batten Dunham, Jr. (appellant) appeals the revocation of his suspended sentence on October 22, 2010. On appeal, appellant alleges that the trial court lacked the authority to revoke his previously suspended sentence because the period of suspension had been improperly extended at a previous sentencing for a probation violation in 1998. Because we find that appellant cannot collaterally attack the 1998 sentencing order in the instant case...
