Warren Anthony Thomas appeals his two convictions for driving as a habitual offender, in violation of Code § 46.2-357. Thomas challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting these convictions, arguing that he cannot be convicted under the current version of Code § 46.2-357 because his driver's license was not actually "revoked" within the meaning of the Code.
