The Portsmouth School Board (employer) appeals the decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission (commission) finding the employer was responsible for paying for a spa pool purchased by Harvey Maurice Harris (claimant). Employer contends the commission erred in concluding claimant sustained his burden of proof to show that his purchase of a spa pool was reasonable, necessary, and related to his work-related injury.
