Dennis Barson ("Barson") was convicted in the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach ("trial court") on one count of harassment by computer, in violation of Code § 18.2-152.7:1.1 Barson contends on appeal that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient as a matter of law to support his conviction.
