Appellant, Joel Aaron Burrell, was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Burrell argues the trial court erred when it (1) denied a motion to suppress statements he made in response to police questioning after he claims to have invoked a right to counsel and (2) concluded that the evidence was sufficient to prove he intended to distribute the cocaine in his possession.
