A jury found Travis Jermaine Isaac guilty of aggravated involuntary manslaughter in violation of Code § 18.2-36.1. Both before and during trial, Isaac unsuccessfully objected to the Commonwealth's evidence of a blood alcohol test showing Isaac's state of intoxication.
