Helen Marie Davis ("claimant") appeals the Workers' Compensation Commission ("commission") decision terminating its December 10, 2004 award of temporary partial disability compensation benefits payable to her by City of Lynchburg Waste Management and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (collectively "employer"). Claimant contends the commission erred in finding that employer's June 30, 2008 application for a hearing to terminate that award was timely filed...
