In this appeal involving convictions for murder in the first degree (Code § 18.2-32) and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony (Code § 18.2-53.1), we decide whether the circuit court erred in failing to hold that the prosecutor made improper statements during his rebuttal to the closing argument of the defense.
