On appeal from his conviction of two charges of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer in violation of Code § 18.2-57, Joshua Hodnett contends the trial court erred in finding the evidence sufficient to prove two separate offenses, as distinguished from a single continuing offense. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
