Barbara Wells (appellant) appeals a decision of the circuit court, affirming the Virginia Department of Social Services' (DSS)1 determination that she maintained inadequate food at the Anderson Group Home (AGH). On appeal, appellant contends she was denied due process of law, there was insufficient evidence to support the circuit court's decision, DSS failed to follow its own regulations in reaching its determination...
