The Workers' Compensation commission ("commission") awarded Jill Stevens dependent benefits as the widow of Mustal Mursaloglu. Marblex Design International, Inc. and its insurer, Erie Insurance Property Casualty Company (collectively "Marblex") maintain the commission erred because the marriage between Mursaloglu and Stevens was: 1) illegal; 2) void; and 3) "against public policy," in that it was a "sham green-card marriage."
