The trial court convicted Ronnie Eugene Fullwood ("Fullwood") of two counts of possessing drugs with the intent to distribute, within one thousand feet of a school in violation of Code § 18.2-255.2. He was also convicted of several related drug and gun charges, but the two counts alleging violations of Code § 18.2-255.2 are the only charges relevant to the issue on which we granted him this appeal. It is undisputed that Fullwood possessed cocaine...
