Eric Amir Ghameshlouy was convicted of a misdemeanor in violation of City of Virginia Beach Code § 23-7.1. On appeal, appellant seeks to challenge the trial court's interpretation and application of this local ordinance. Appellant, however, did not perfect an appeal of the misdemeanor conviction.
