Harper ("Harper") entered guilty pleas to aggravated sexual battery in violation of Code § 18.2-67.3(A) and taking indecent liberties with a minor child in violation of Code § 18.2-370(A)(1). He appeals the prison sentences ordered by the trial court. The only question presented is whether the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution applies...
