Lewis (wife) were divorced by an order entered in the Chesterfield County Circuit Court on November 29, 2006, which incorporated the parties' property settlement agreement (PSA) and reserved authority for the trial court to enter further orders to effectuate the PSA. On April 9, 2008, the court entered two qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs), as well as a final order resolving all outstanding...
