The residual parental rights of Tracy Lynn Mabe, appellant, were terminated by orders entered June 26, 2007. On appeal, appellant contends the trial court erred in: 1) finding the evidence sufficient to terminate; and 2) refusing to continue the termination hearing for a period sufficient to transport appellant from federal custody to the hearing.
