Alexander M. Rinaldi (husband) appeals from an award of equitable distribution and attorneys' fees issued as part of the dissolution of his marriage to Lori A. Rinaldi (wife). On appeal, he contends the trial court's classification and division of some of the property was error and that its order to him to pay a portion of wife's attorney's fees was also error.
