Adopting and applying the Fugitive Disentitlement Doctrine2 for the first time in Virginia, the Court of Appeals of Virginia dismissed two appeals filed by Yuri Isidoro Sasson Moscona challenging judgments of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County in an international child custody dispute and a contempt order arising from a petition for rule to show cause in that case.
