KELSEY, Judge.
The trial court held attorney Kenneth L. Singleton in contempt of court for failing to appear for a scheduled trial of his client and for directing his client not to appear as well. On appeal, Singleton argues the evidence was insufficient as a matter of law to find him in contempt. He also contends the trial court erroneously employed summary, rather than plenary, contempt procedures.
