Linwood Dwayne Bandy ("Bandy") appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of Code § 18.2-248. Bandy argues that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress drugs discovered in his pocket during a pat down. Bandy claims that the pat down was the product of an illegal seizure, and, in the alternative, that the investigating officer exceeded the permissible scope of a Terry frisk...
