¶1 Twila Davis was shopping in a Wal-Mart one day when an employee collided with her. Davis was allegedly injured, and she later sued Wal-Mart for negligence. The district court granted Wal-Mart's request for summary judgment, however, and it did so based on its conclusion that Wal-Mart owed no duty to Davis...
