¶1 Kenneth Ray Holsomback had just been transferred to a gang unit at the Utah State Prison and had been placed in a cell with one other prisoner (the cellmate). A few hours later, a fight broke out between Holsomback and the cellmate. Holsomback inflicted three deep puncture wounds to the cellmate's back...
