¶1 Ahmed Hawken Rashid challenges his conviction for stalking. He contends the district court erred in rejecting his argument that section 76-5-106.5 of the Utah Code was unconstitutionally vague as applied to him. He also argues that the court erred in excluding his expert witness. We see no error in either respect...
