Opinion

¶1 Ismael Arenas Lopez challenges his convictions for aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated murder. He argues that the district court erred in ruling that Utah Code section 76-5-202 prohibited the merging of his convictions. Lopez alternatively argues that the statute is unconstitutional. We affirm.
