Opinion

¶1 A jury convicted Gilberto Martinez of sodomizing his five-year-old step-granddaughter (A.O.). Martinez now appeals his convictions, asserting that his trial attorney rendered constitutionally ineffective assistance. We disagree, and therefore affirm.
