¶1 Darnell and Greg Ghidotti appeal the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Melodie Waldron and Re/Max Metro (collectively, Re/Max). The court ruled that the Ghidottis were unable to prove their damages with the requisite degree of certainty and had not properly disclosed Darnell
