¶1 Shane Nebeker (Father) and Trisha Ann Orton's (Mother) extramarital relationship resulted in the birth of a son (Child). For the first eighteen months of Child's life, Father saw him only a few times. Then, concerned about Mother's illegal activities, Father took Child away from Mother without her consent...
