Opinion

¶ 1 Ronald A. May appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment against him and dismissing his petition for extraordinary relief. In his petition, May sought to require the Board of Pardons and Parole (the Board) to either immediately parole him or provide him with a new parole hearing.
