¶ 1 W.J.R. (Mother) appeals the June 17, 2016 order dismissing her "Motion for Custody, New Hearing, and Relief from Both 3/18/16 Orders." We affirm.

¶ 2 On March 18, 2016, the juvenile court granted permanent custody and guardianship of E.R. to the child's proctor parents pursuant to Utah Code section 78A-6-117(2)(y).
