Opinion

¶ 1 David B. Serbeck (Defendant) appeals his convictions and sentences for three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old, all third degree felonies. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-401 (LexisNexis 2012).1 We affirm.
