¶ 1 Joseph Lee Apadaca raises two issues on appeal. First, he appeals from his sentence on the ground that he was denied the right to allocute at his sentencing hearing. Because we conclude that his sentence was not imposed in an illegal manner, we lack jurisdiction to consider his allocution claims...
