¶ 1 Bradley R. Callister appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Snowbird Corporation. Callister argues that summary judgment was inappropriate because expert testimony was not necessary to pursue his claims and because his reliance on the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur should have been sufficient to withstand summary judgment.
