¶ 1 At the conclusion of a child welfare proceeding, the juvenile court determined that D.T.O. (Father) had neglected the six children under his care and that he had sexually exploited his then-seventeen-year-old daughter. Based on these conclusions and the detailed findings underlying them, the juvenile court placed the children in the custody of the Division of Child and Family Services.
