Memorandum Decision

VOROS, Judge:

¶ 1 Janae A. Kirkham (Wife) and Jamie Widdison (Husband) divorced in 2003.3 Husband petitioned to modify the divorce decree, arguing in part that he should be allowed to claim the tax exemption for the couple's youngest child.
