DAVIS, Judge:

¶ 1 Benjamin J. Hansen contests the Workforce Appeals Board's (the Board) determination upholding the Department of Workforce Services' (the Department) decision denying him unemployment benefits and assessing a fault overpayment against him. We do not disturb the Board's decision denying benefits in connection with Hansen's termination of employment with Tucanos Brazilian Grill (Tucanos), but we set aside the Board's determination...
