Memorandum Decision

CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Steven Shane Tingey appeals from the revocation of his probation and the imposition of a previously suspended prison term. We affirm.

¶ 2 In 2008, Defendant pled guilty to aggravated assault, a third degree felony. The trial court sentenced Defendant to an indeterminate prison term, suspended the prison sentence, imposed a jail term of 365 days, and placed him on probation. In February...
