¶ 1 Ceazar Cedric Love argues that the district court violated his due process rights by revoking his probation based on a violation of his probation terms that happened before he was actually on probation. Love essentially argues that the jail term he was serving when the violation occurred was not part of probation but that he was serving part of his suspended incarceration term. Love alternatively argues that the evidence was not sufficient...
