Memorandum Decision

PEARCE, Judge:

¶ 1 Juan Mardoniz-Rosado appeals the district court's denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of retail theft. We affirm.

¶ 2 Mardoniz-Rosado pleaded guilty on November 12, 1996. The docket and minute entry indicate that Mardoniz-Rosado was "advised of [his] rights," but the record contains neither a transcript of the plea colloquy...
