CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiff Natalie Maxwell appeals from the district court's award of attorney fees in favor of James H. Woodall. We affirm.

¶ 2 On April 2, 2012, Maxwell filed a declaratory-judgment action against Woodall, claiming that Woodall had attempted to conduct an unauthorized nonjudicial foreclosure of her property.
