Memorandum Decision

ORME, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Geoffrey Thomas Hunt was acquitted of rape, object rape, forcible sexual abuse, and forcible sodomy, but he was convicted of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, a third degree felony. He appeals that conviction, claiming that he received ineffective assistance of counsel, that the trial court erred in excluding some evidence, and that the trial court improperly urged the jury to reach a verdict.
