CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

¶ 1 Michael LeRoy Oliphant appeals from the district court's denial of his request for attorney fees after the district court quieted title to certain real property in Oliphant for the term of a lease. Zions Gate R.V. Resort, LLC cross-appeals the district court's summary judgment ruling in favor of Oliphant on Zions Gate's challenge to the validity of that lease.
