VOROS, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Malik Eagle Benson was charged with committing four armed robberies in downtown Salt Lake City in less than twenty-four hours. After his arrest, Benson confessed to the first robbery, which included the theft of a car. That car served as the getaway vehicle in at least one of the other robberies, and police apprehended Benson after seeing him driving it. Benson unsuccessfully...
