ORME, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiffs Mark and Irene White challenge the district court's judgment in favor of Defendants.1 The district court granted in part the Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings because of Plaintiffs' failure to join indispensable parties. It also granted Defendants' motion targeting Plaintiffs' failure to timely designate an expert witness.2 We reverse and remand...
