¶ 1 This case involves a contract dispute between two banks. Defendant Gunnison Valley Bank (Gunnison) financed a substantial home loan, secured by a deed of trust, and Holladay Bank & Trust (Holladay) acquired a participation interest in the loan soon thereafter.
