Memorandum Decision

CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

¶ 1 Charles W. Migliore appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC (PRA) and the district court's denial of his motion to amend that judgment. We affirm.
