¶ 1 Devin J. Card appeals the trial court's order denying his motion to vacate the dismissal of his complaint. We affirm.

¶ 2 The trial court dismissed Card's complaint in an order entered on August 29, 2012. On September 5, 2012, Card filed a motion to vacate the dismissal pursuant to rule 60(b) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, along with a memorandum in support of the motion.
